A Thousand Sharp Blades of Green
GM

Peter Eklund has been gaming for over twenty years and has run dozens of systems from Dungeons and Dragons to Blades in the Dark. He has a heavily improvisational style with an emphasis on player agency and consequences.
He likes to come up with difficult problems and see how his players react. Peter believes that creativity in strategic thinking is just as important as creativity in roleplay!
He likes to think he's pretty good at voices, too.

Summary
The Free Pirate City of Stormreach is the most important city in Eberron. This is because it is the gateway to Xen'Drik, the most important island. What makes Xen'Drik important is that it is chock full of incredibly powerful ancient magical artifacts, left behind by the Giants, before their empire exploded. It is also deeply cursed. Stones that still sing with the horrors they've witnessed, horrors that invade your body from the pores in. Trees that, when touched, collapse into acid like it was a mistake the liquid was arranged that way. Roaming packs of feral centuries turning everything they touch to dust.
You are a licensed adventuring company, working for one of the major kingdoms or factions. You have a lead on a particular ruin with a particular relic of tremendous power, but there's a narrow window: The terrain of Xen'Drik continually re-arranges itself, so if the temple isn't successfully raided soon, it will be lost, possibly forever. Before you can plumb the lost temple, you must first navigate the equally perilous streets of Stormreach to secure the last bits of information you need. Of course, the more questions you ask, the more rival adventurers will suspect you're up to something.
Safety Tools
