An Angel in the Valley
GM

Aaron Bryant has over 20 years of experience as a GM and has spent most of his life studying storytelling in one form or another. Most of that study has been in the form of film or scriptwriting, which has translated well to both one-shots and long series arcs. His has a love for voice acting and, above all, entertaining people is his favorite thing on this earth to do.
Aaron has experience with a variety of group sizes and game systems. Some of his published works have integrated educational lessons to help tutor using Dungeons & Dragons for math, art, science, and English courses. He is also the writer behind Death Valley, the game you'll be playing!

Gameplay
Death Valley is a Year Zero Engine game that focuses on what it means to be alive forever. This game will be roleplay-heavy with settlement building and faction interaction.
Summary
Prophecies of the dark priests have shown that an Angel's egg lies somewhere in the Valley. Angels cannot be suffered. For both mortals and cold bloods, they are doom. Find the egg, bring it to the Black Veil, and hope they can cease its hatching.
Character Creation
Session Zero starts with your death! We will talk about who you were, how you died, who you are now (vampire, ghost, skeleton, etc.) and the connection you have to the other players.
We will cover how you heal, conflicts, downtime, and any other topic you may have questions about!
Safety Tools
During session 0, your GM will introduce the concept of lines and veils and set aside time to establish those as a table. X cards will also be present for in-session boundary setting.
